We don't arrive with pre-packaged solutions. Our process begins with a 3-month residency in the target community, listening to elders, teachers, and families to identify the root causes of their specific challenges.
Using the data gathered, our engineers design infrastructure—be it a well or a school—using local materials. This ensures that the community can maintain the project without relying on imported parts.
Our goal is to be obsolete. We train a local "Maintenance Council" and provide the first 2 years of operational funding. Once the community shows 100% management capability, we move to the next region.
85% goes directly to field projects, 10% to local staff training, and 5% to essential operations. We publish an annual audit for full transparency.
We prioritize regions with the highest scarcity index for clean water and the lowest literacy rates, focusing currently on SE Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
